Generate Quote - Our AI analyzes your requirements and creates a detailed Work Breakdown Structure with role-based cost allocation
Receive Your Proposal - Get a professional PDF summary and Word document delivered to your email
Data We Store
Contact Information: Name, email, company name (used to deliver your quote)
Project Details: Project description, equipment specifications, and requirements
Uploaded Files: Reference documents you provide (stored securely in cloud storage)
Quote Data: Generated work breakdown structure and pricing
Data Retention: Your data is automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity. You can request immediate deletion via the link in your quote email.
